Registering with msupermall.com

In order to take advantage of certain features on the Site, you may be required to register with msupermall.com. For example, you may be required to register with msupermall.com if you want to set up a “My Profile” on msupermall.com, where you can view a record of your contributions in the form of articles, ratings, blogs, feedback, get email alerts, etc. You may also be required to register with msupermall.com if you are a business owner, or want to respond to certain comments by users, or participate in any contribution towards the Site. msupermall.com’s use of any personal information that you provide to msupermall.com during any registration process is governed by msupermall.com’s privacy policy.

By registering for the Website using an Authentication Service, you agree that msupermall.com may access your account information from the Authentication Service and you agree to any and all terms of use of the Authentication Service regarding your use of the Website via the Authentication Service. You agree that any Authentication Service is a Reference Site and you are solely responsible for your interactions with the Authentication Service as a result of accessing the Website through the Authentication Service.

All the prices of groceries, vegetables, Fish & Meat products are volatile and can be changed depending on the market price.

Seasonal Vegetables & Raw Products may be frozen or unavailable during the offseason.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall msupermall.com and/or its employee, affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of msupermall.com sites/services, with the delay or inability to use msupermall.com sites/services or related services, the provision of or failure to provide services, or for any information, software, products, services and related graphics obtained through msupermall.com sites/services, or otherwise arising out of the use of msupermall.com sites/services, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if msupermall.com or any of employees, affiliates had been advised of the possibility of damages

Any product or promotion of a product on the Service are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or in any other way associated with, Facebook. Facebook has no control over Content, Contributions, or other information and opinion expressed via the Service.

Shipping & Delivery Policy 

We ship only throughout West Bengal, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies, Delivery Boys, and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 10 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms and available local Delivery Boys. msupermall.com is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only assured to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 10 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation by phone. You have to choose the Date and Time of delivery for your order and there should be a minimum 1-day gap between the time of placing the order and delivery time in our Time Slot list. For delivery within 2 hr please contact at +91 8100268455 / 9831336783 (condition applied). For Raw Fish and Meat, it may take 24- 48 hr. to deliver the product. For the confirmation of the order, We’ll do a phone verification before the delivery of the order. Before the specific verification, we’ll not deliver any product.  The stock of some of our products may be limited. In case of those products, maybe the time of delivery increased a little or we’ll contact and inform you and solve the matter. Fresh Organic products are Organically grown and handpicked by experts. 

We do not deliver products to any sub-urban areas or any areas, far more than 1 km from the railway station as the quality of the raw products may be lost.

The product image shown is for representation purposes only, the actual product may vary based on season, produce & availability. For any product under the “WHOLESALE” tag, the Home Delivery facility is not applicable.  msupermall.com is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. We depend on the courier for shipping & delivery of the product. So delivery time can be canceled or changed due to the fault of the courier.

*The delivery date will be confirmed after transferring the payment through the payment gateway.

Refund and Return

Once you purchase a product and it is delivered properly it couldn’t be returned. Check the Loose product like vegetables and fish meat and other grocery items Before delivery if find something wrong don’t accept from the delivery boy. We always check thoroughly products to maintain proper quality and quantity and then send for the shipping to the customer. At the time of shipping if any product will damage, please don’t accept the damaged product. Replacement is only acceptable in case of the wrong product being delivered. replacement is only acceptable if the wrong product is delivered. Otherwise, no replacement no return will be accepted. please do not accept unpacked products from couriers at the time of delivery. We won’t return the open-packed products.

General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Returns and Refund Policy

1. Return Due To Change Of Mind

Mondal super market will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
(Mondal super market LLP) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

2 Warranty Returns

Msupermall will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 10 days of receipt of items.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect we to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

Delivery Terms

1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days

2 Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 – 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.

3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order

Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

4 Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

5 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.

6 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

7. Cancellations Policy

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order
